  • January – had each BE member at our January meetings write down 2 primary goals for the year and 1 stretch goal so that Mona and I could be in agreement with them for 2015.
  • March - Predictive Index done for all Members who wanted one and those in attendance at our March BE Meeting with Bruce Craul
  • April - we began our “Empowering Workshops” – after receiving input from our members, we launched this new series of workshops...

-        In 2015, we had 5 Workshops on topics including: Vision / Strategic Planning (April, 2015), Prospecting & Selling / PR & Marketing (May, 2015), Key to Receiving Your Inheritance (June and August, 2015), Disruptive Innovation (Sept, 2015), and the December workshop on Conflict Resolution was moved to January 2016.

  • April - Launched a new chapter in South Walton with Santi Rodriguez as leadership – membership of 16 by end of year.
  • April - Co-Sponsored event with Dee Chernicky for an evening with Mary Frances Varallo
  • May - Sponsor of 2015 Shine On Women’s Conference – Mona was also a speaker in the event
  • July - Partnership with Thrivent Financial – launched new groups in Ocala and Tallahassee, FL as well as Savannah, GA.  Partnership begin July, 2015 and runs through January, 2016.
  • July - Outreach – Painted the parking lot lines of Destin Middle School – had over 20 come out including an area youth group
  • August - Social Event - BE outing to see the War Room movie launch
  • September - Heaven in Business Conference – first time hosting an event such as this.  Had approximately 100 in attendance along with Andy Mason from Bethel and 2 interns.
  • October - Evening event – An Evening with the Bailey’s – with Greg and Julie Bailey from Australia
  • November - Crop Drop Partner - we partnered, promoted, and encouraged volunteers to participate in Crop Drop - where 80,000lbs of produce was bagged and given to over 30 food pantries and agencies in our region.  After the morning event, BE managed and oversaw the afternoon Harvest Fest event with 3 bands and food from 4 restaurants were provided.  Sponsorship funds and donations were collected to support 6 local non-profits - Holy Kidz Camp, Food for Thought, Food for Thought Building Fund, Hope Medical Clinic, Family Life Ministries, and the Ronda Coon Home.
  • December - Christmas with the Kellett’s – over 50 came to the Emerald Grande for our annual Christmas luncheon with Hot Spot Barbeque and Ed McMullen’s “famous” beans


  • Mona SOZO’d over 70 individuals in 2015
  • Mona – conducted a Freedom Training Day for Leaders at Family Life Ministries in Ft. Walton Beach
  • Mona - Freedom Friday Monthly Mentorship program – Mona mentors approximately 15 ladies every month (closed group of ladies)
  • Mona - Freedom Training at Destin United Methodist Church with Women’s Leaders – conducted 3 sessions so far throughout 2nd half of 2015.
  • Throughout 2015, Mel was able to minister / speak at the following locations – Destin United Methodist Church, Immanuel Anglican Church, Impact Life Church, First Baptist Church of Destin, Kingdom Life Vision and Worship Center in Crestview, Canton, MS – Bless Canton Week in October and Marketplace Day in March, Town of Te Awamutu in New Zealand for a Day of Blessing in February, Brisbane, Australia at Gateway City Church in February, and First Methodist Church of Ocala in July.
  • Continued our Community / Outreach Support of: The Destin Week of Blessings, The Ft. Walton Beach Day of Blessing, The South Walton Week of Blessings, One Heart One Voice, Destin AGLOW, Food for Thought
  • Through our partnership with Business Church, we launched 2 new Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry classes giving us a total of 3 classes now.
  • Financially contributed into several ministries including Mercy Ministries, The Ramp, Bethel, EagleNet Ministries, and Christian International
  • Testimonies shared every month about ways God was moving in and through the lives of our members and guests
